Connect in 3 steps
Uses Quick Assist, a tool already built into Windows.
- Get your code from us. Call or text with the buttons below (or stay on the phone with us) and we’ll read you a security code.
- Open Quick Assist. Click the Start button, type Quick Assist, and open it — accept the privacy policy if it asks. Faster: press Ctrl + ⊞ Win + Q together.
- Enter the code. In the “Security code from assistant” box, type the code and click Submit, then accept the request to connect. That’s it — we’ll take it from here.

The session only runs while your window is open. Close it and we’re disconnected instantly.
Connections are encrypted and only active during your session — never in the background.
You watch the whole screen the entire time and can tell us to stop at any point.

Is this safe? Can you see my computer whenever you want?
No. We can only connect while you have Quick Assist open. You start it, you watch the whole screen the entire time, and closing the window ends our access immediately. There is no hidden or always-on connection.
Do I have to install anything?
No. Quick Assist is already built into Windows — there’s nothing to download or install.
What will you do once you’re connected?
Exactly what we’ve agreed on the phone — usually getting VelluGuardian set up so we can keep your computer healthy and support you faster. You can ask us to stop at any point.
How do I end the session?
Close the Quick Assist window. That instantly disconnects us. You’re always the one in control.
You will never get an unexpected call telling you to open this page. If someone you didn’t contact asks you to start a session, hang up and email ryan@vellunox.com.
